  • Q: What do we expect out of our affiliates?

    A: All of our affiiates are expected to always handle themselves and their businesses with the utmost professionalism, integrity and always within the boundaries of all applicable laws, rules and customary practices of the United States, state and locality. Additionally, all subscribers agree to read and be bound by the terms of the Subscriber Licensing Agreement.

    A: We use a real-time automated system that send leads directly to your email address as soon as they are processed.

    Q: What kind of leads do you provide?

    A: Our entire system is designed around the goal of providing you with leads from motivated sellers. Typically these motivated sellers either have a house in need of repairs or are in poor financial circumstances, which include such situations as pre-foreclosure, foreclosure and bankruptcy and they require expedited professional assistance.

    Q: How many leads can I expect to receive?

    A: Unfortunately this is our most frequently asked question and there is no way to honestly answer it. This is the reason why we came up with the 30 day money-back guarantee. Take 30 days to evaluate our service and draw your own conclusions. You have absolutely nothing to lose!

    Our motto is that “all it takes is one.” What we mean by that is that there isn’t a single business (or lead service) where you can pay such a low fee and net $20,000 on just 1 deal. “All it takes is one” deal like that to justify paying for our service for over 40 years!!!

    Q: Do you offer protected territories?

    PROTECTED TERRITORIES ARE A MYTH!!!


    Other services offer the illusion of “protected territories” that only restrict the number of leads that you receive to a specific area, a “privilege” which you usually have to sign a contract and pay hundreds of dollars a month to be apart of. The secret that they don’t tell you is that they don’t put any restrictions on the motivated seller. The reason is they can’t! That motivated seller is free to search out their best deal anywhere!

    Why would you sign a contract and pay hundreds of dollars a month for the myth of “protected territories” when the alternative is such a small fee and none of the hassles?

    Q: If I pay more money can you send me more leads?

    A: We only offer one low, flat, monthly-rate, that covers the entire state of your choice.

    Q: How many other investors do you have in my area?

    A: We DO NOT ask our affiliates what specific area they work in because we don’t believe in or use “protected territories.” (PLEASE SEE Question #6 - “PROTECTED TERRITORIES ARE A MYTH”) This works to YOUR advantage. Would you be interested in a deal that was just 1 mile outside of your “protected territory” if that deal could net you a cool $100,000? If we used a “protected territory” system you would never have known anything about a deal like that, even if it was just 1 foot outside of your “protected territory.” We ask that you consider the typical additional fees and contracts usually required for the “privilege” of being apart of another service’s “protected territory” and ask yourself who’s getting the better deal, you or them?

    Q: I’m an affiliate and I need to change my credit card/bank account information, what do I do?

    A: *DO NOT DELETE ANY CREDIT CARDS OR BANK ACCOUNTS THROUGH PAYPAL* Doing so will automatically cancel your subscription and any others that you may have setup to use that funding source.

    The first step is to login to your PayPal account and add the new credit card or bank acount by going to the “PROFILE” tab (top right-hand side). Once you have added the credit card or bank account, click HERE. Select the new “Subscription Funding Source” and click “Update Information.”

    That’s it!


    If you are unable to update your information by following the instructions above please follow the procedure below:

    1. Click https://www.paypal.com/HISTORY or copy and paste the entire link into your address bar2. Choose the ‘Subscriptions’ field from the ‘Show’ drop-down menu3. Check the ‘From’ box and change date back 2 years4. Press ‘Search’

    5. To view the details of a specific ‘Subscription Creation’ , click ‘Details’ in the Details column

    6. Next to Subscription Funding Source, choose the future payment option by placing a bullet next to the preferred option for future payments

    7. Click ‘Update Information’ to save your changes

    PLEASE NOTE: When updating financial information, if the established credit card or bank account information is removed as the funding source for a Subscription payment, the subscription and Recurring Payments will be cancelled. Canceling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription.

    Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

Choose this subscription, and click on its “Details.” You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.If you are new to real estate investing please understand that the single hardest thing you will do in this business is find motivated sellers.
